With this the user can explicitly define (sub-)partitions. The preconditioner performs the user sweeps first in the given order. Finally the general cycle is performed based an the automatic partitioning of the computational domain. If this not not wanted and one wants to rely fully on the user partition you can set NDomains, or DomainDiameter to zero.
