Defines the 2-by-2 Jones coefficient matrix $\TField{J}_j=\TField{J}^m_n$ in the Zernike expansion. The index $j$ is set in Index, or alternatively as the index pair $(m, n)$ through IndexRadial and IndexAngle. For details see parent section ZernikeCoefficient.
