An Arc replaces the selected polygon segment by a circular minor arc through the segment’s endpoints. It is an alternative to Spline and Sinusoidal; exactly one of the three definitions is selected for each CurvedSegment.

The arc is specified by exactly one of Radius or Sagitta. Both parameters are signed. For a selected segment from $\mathbf{p}_0$ to $\mathbf{p}_1$ , a positive value makes the arc bulge in the direction of the right-hand normal of the oriented chord. Thus, for the counter-clockwise boundaries of a polygon, a positive value makes the arc bulge outwards; a negative value makes it bulge inwards.

Only minor arcs up to and including a semicircle are supported. The selected segment must have non-zero length.
