Specifies the refractive indices $n_1,\,n_2,\,\dots,\,(n_\mathrm{b})$ of the multilayer stack by setting the relative permittivity, that is $n_l = \sqrt{\varepsilon_{\mathrm{rel}, l}}$ . Setting the substrate relative permittivity $\varepsilon_\mathrm{sub}$ is only allowed for reflective illuminations. For details see parent section Stratification.
